NBA draft analyst Givony said the 19y has got an exceptional athleticism.

The Boston Celtics have selected the 19y Italian sharpshooter Gabriele Procida, sharpshooting forward out, played for Fortitudo Bologna in Italy. The Celtics are in the middle of the NBA playoffs and it is never early to prepare for the future, so they have selected Procida, the No. 53 overall pick.

Procida is 6 feet and seven inches tall and weighs 193 pounds with a wingspan of six feet eight inches. In the past 26 games he played for Fortitudo Bologna in the season 2021-2022, he shot 39% from the three-point range with an average of seven rebounds.

Meanwhile, the NBA draft analyst Givony likes him for his exceptional athletics. He Tweeted “Good outing for Gabriele Procida against Euroleague team Milan this weekend, showing his athleticism, dynamic shot-making, and defensive versatility. The 6’7 Italian wing is shooting 42% for 3 this season.”

Boston is no stranger to the draft but they have other businesses to take care of prior to the draft. Nevertheless, it will interesting to see what the NBA experts believe Bostin is looking for. The draft will take place in Barclays Center Brooklyn on June 23.
