The NBA Preseason: Simmons Made his Nets Debut Against the 76ers

Philadelphia 76ers Crushed Brooklyn Nets

On Monday night, the Philadelphia 76ers outperformed Brooklyn with a score of 127-108 despite the Nets finally having all three of its key players on the court at once. Thanks to the 20 points of Tyrese Maxey. Meanwhile, Julian Champagnie added 15, and Furkan Korkmaz amassed 15 in the remarkable victory.

However, Kevin Durant scored 13 points for the Nets, and Kyrie Irving scored nine points and dished out four assists. Meanwhile, Ben Simmons, who was acquired from Philadelphia last season, contributed six points and five assists in his debut game for Brooklyn. Clippers Outclassed Trail Blazers

The Los Angeles Clippers played with all their starters in a victory over Portland. Kawhi Leonard scored 11 points, and Paul George contributed 12 points and seven rebounds. Moreover, Amir Coffey amassed 15 points, and Brandon Boston Jr. grabbed ten points. Meanwhile, Leonard, George, Reggie Jackson, and John Wall played against the Trail Blazers after missing the Clippers’ first preseason victory over Maccabi Ra’anana. However, it was Leonard’s first time playing after he missed the previous season due to an ACL tear.

Meanwhile, Damian Lillard scored 16 points in 23 minutes to lead the Trail Blazers. Moreover, Jerami Grant finished with 14 points, while Jusuf Nurkic claimed 13 points and nine rebounds.

Kings Bashed Lakers

Keegan Murray, the fourth overall choice in last summer’s draft, led Sacramento to victory over Los Angeles with 16 points on 7-of-11 shooting from the field. Meanwhile, in his first preseason game, Murray also made 2 of 4 shots from outside the arc and pulled down six rebounds. Moreover, De’Aaron Fox and Richaun Holmes both scored ten points.

Meanwhile, Anthony Davis scored 11 points and grabbed 11 rebounds. Moreover, for the Lakers, Cole Swider scored 10 points. LeBron James played 16 minutes and scored four points despite missing all seven attempts. Meanwhile, with three assists, Russell Westbrook contributed three points.
