2022 NBA Champion GSW Star Remains Unclaimed in Free Agency

Juan Toscano-Anderson, the 2022 NBA champion GSW Star is currently a free agent without a team.

Toscano-Anderson’s year included playing for both the Los Angeles Lakers and the Utah Jazz (he was traded from Los Angeles to Utah in February).

At 30 years old, he participated in 52 regular-season games, averaging 3.0 points, 2.4 rebounds, and 1.3 assists per game while maintaining a field goal percentage of 44.8%.

This summer, Toscano-Anderson’s free agency status has made him available to be signed by any team in the league, as of August 26.

Aside from his time with the Jazz and Lakers, Toscano-Anderson has also contributed to the Golden State Warriors.

His initial three seasons were with the Golden State team, and he played a crucial role in the squad that secured the 2022 NBA Championship by defeating the Boston Celtics.

In addition to his contributions in the NBA, Toscano-Anderson has also showcased his talents in the G League as part of the Santa Cruz Warriors.

His G League career statistics encompass averages of 9.2 points, 7.7 rebounds, 2.3 assists, and 1.3 steals per game, complemented by a field goal percentage of 46.8%, and a three-point shooting accuracy of 29.7%.
