The Basketball Tournamnet Prize Money Might Surprise You

0

The basketball tournament (TBT) has returned. TBT is shceduled to start from July 16th, the high-stakes competition for the ninth successive years.

Every match in the basketball tournament concludes with a game-winning basket using Elam Ending. Teams filled with ex-NBA players and collegiate athletes are competing for the top prize.

The competition features 64 teams in a single-elimination format, and the winner receives a million dollar reward. The Basketball Tournament’s “team prize” is a million dollars. If you’re not first in the basketball game, you’re last because it’s a winner-take-all competition. The winning team divides the $1 million among itself, while the second-place team receives nothing. The salary that each player receives is based on the number of players on the team, which can range from seven to twelve.

Additionally, teams are free to contribute the money to any charity of their choice. Some teams even name themselves after a particular cause, like Sideline Cancer, Defeat Diabetes, or Team Challenge ALS, to mention a few.
