Boston Celtics fans, who are known as one of the most aggressive fans in the world, made one of the most ruthless and meanest acts in the Game 5 of the NBA Finals between the Golden State Warriors and Bolton Celtics. The fans are known for giving a tough time to the opponents’ team before, during, and after the match by shouting and weird gestures to get on their nerves and make them uncomfortable.

On Monday, in Game 5 of the Finals, Boston Celtics fans demonstrated a sign, which was a bit too aggressive towards Warriors star player, Stephen Curry and his wife, Ayesha Curry. The sign read, “Ayesha Curry Can’t Cook”, and went viral on Twitter immediately.

However, Stephen Curry had the last laugh as his team won the Game 5 after a dominating display by Stephen Curry himself. The expected MVP of the Finals then went a step further by wearing a shirt in the post-match press conference that had “Ayesha Curry Can Cook,” written on it. Upon being asked by a reporter about the context of the shirt, Curry replied “You have to ask around the room, Ask Twitter.”

Curry may have gotten the last laugh this time, but with a fan base as ruthless as the Boston Celtics’, he’d better brace himself for high-level taunting as the Finals progress. Curry and the Golden State Warriors will face the Boston Celtics in Game 6 of the 2022 NBA Finals on Thursday, June 16.
