Michael Jordan to Feature as a Playable Character alongside Tiger Woods in the new PGA Tour 2K23’

Jordan and Woods to Feature on the Cover of 2k23

Tiger Woods’ PGA Tour video game with EA Sports was the top-selling golf game for years. However, once EA dismissed Woods in 2013, the series only had Rory McIlroy on the cover before it was entirely discontinued. However, Tiger Woods will return to feature on the cover of the new PGA Tour 2K23’.

It took five years for a new PGA Tour simulation video game to be released for consoles. PGA Tour 2K21, which used the same engine as The Golf Club, was released in the fall of 2020. It received positive reviews, especially for its online club forms and golf course design. The PGA Tour player connections were something that needed to be improved, as the 2K21 edition had relatively few players on board and was built with stock swings and few distinguishing characteristics among golfers.

The Return of the King: Tiger Woods returns on the cover of the new PGA Tour 2K23’

Tiger Woods will be returning on the cover and in the game of the next PGA Tour 2K23. The game will be released on October 14. There will also be 14 PGA and LPGA Tour pros playing in the game at launch. It’s unclear how far the game has advanced in giving those players distinctive swings and personalities, but 2K has included a non-PGA pro as a playable character who is likely to be quite popular.

Michael Jordan Bonus Pack

A Michael Jordan Bonus Pack will be available for those who pre-order the game. This means letting you play with the basketball legend, who is known for his love of golf. Although there is a unique Jordan Edition of NBA 2K23, we can only hope that using Jordan also unlocks a special “Cash Game” option. This crossover from 2K will undoubtedly increase some of their presale numbers. As we know, fans will want to play with basketball’s GOAT as well as golf.
