Memphis Hustle to Conduct Open Trials for the Upcoming 2021-22 Season on Saturday

The Memphis Hustle, the NBA G League affiliate of the Memphis Grizzlies are all set to conduct their fourth annual open player tryouts for the upcoming 2021-22 season on Saturday, 18th September from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Canale Arena located in Christian Brothers University. Another tryout session will take place on Saturday, 25th September from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Landers Center.

Requirement for Applicants

Members of the basketball operations staff for the Memphis Hustle and Memphis Grizzlies will watch and assess players who take part in the open trials. All candidates must fulfill the online requirements to be able to take part in the NBA G League. Applicant should submit all necessary papers along with the registration. How to register with Memphis Hustle

You may find adequate data on the tryouts online at this site, along with proof of vaccination, application forms, payment options, and directions. For online pre-registrations made before the closing date, the cost is $200. The cost for walk-up enrollment rises to $250. Pre-registration will end on Thursday, September 16, at 5 p.m. for the Memphis tryout and on Thursday, September 23, at 5 p.m. for the Southaven tryout. The maximum number of participants for each workout is 60. Interested candidates are suggested to sign up as soon as possible. Cash, credit card, and cashier’s check are the only payment methods accepted for walk-up registration; personal checks are not.

If you sign up on the day of the event, you must provide a valid photo ID and proof of COVID-19 vaccination for the audition. All applicants must meet the online requirements to be eligible to participate in the NBA G League and submit all necessary papers. In addition, a T-shirt is included with registration for everyone. There are no refunds for any registrations. At both venues, doors will open one hour before the scheduled start time. With the exception of participants, no other family members or friends will be allowed at the tryout. All registration charges are non-refundable.
