Alongside the image, she wrote, “Happy birthday @realtristan13.”
In the snapshot, Tristan, a player for the Cleveland Cavaliers, was seated on the ground cradling Tatum, while True sat opposite, gleefully assisting in opening a gift box. Khloe also shared another photo featuring Tristan and his younger brother Amari Thompson, emphasizing her admiration for Tristan’s commitment to his family following their mother’s passing.
