The Oklahoma City Thunder announced today that they have signed forward/center Bismack Biyombo. Executive Vice President and General Manager Sam Presti  confirmed the move. Per team policy, the terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Bismack Biyombo, standing at 6 feet 8 inches and weighing 255 pounds, brings a wealth of experience to the Thunder roster. With 829 games under his belt, including 351 starts, Biyombo boasts career averages of 5.1 points, 6.0 rebounds, and 1.30 blocks in 19.7 minutes per game. The 13-year NBA veteran got originally seventh overall in the 2011 NBA Draft.

One of Biyombo’s standout moments came in 2016 when he set a Raptors playoff record by tallying 26 rebounds against the Cleveland Cavaliers. This impressive performance solidified his reputation as a dominant force on the court.
